I am glad to be back at Chestermere High School teaching Foods 10, Foods 20 and Foods 30.
Welcome! Come explore the world of food with me.
Foods 10 (introductory) introduces students to the basics of food regarding terminology, safe food preparation and standardized recipes and environment.
Foods 20 (intermediate) refines students' basic skills in while venturing into recipes and theory behind common cooking such as meats, breads, baking, soups and exploring other culture's food.
Foods 30 (advanced) allows students to refine their skills and execute planning functions and projects.
