Catering is an integral part of Culinary and there are various catering events throughout the year.

In order to earn full credits students will need to complete a minimum of three catering events per semester. The dates and events will be posted when they are confirmed.

March 2/3 – honor’s Band (prep Thursday 3:45-6:00 for Friday service)

March 9 – Parent Teacher Interview Supper 3:45-6:00

March 24 – Shooting Stars 3:45 – 7:00

April 4 – Dinner Theatre (Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory) 3:45-7:00

May 25 – Showcase of Learning 3:45 – 8:00 (Date Change)

June 6 – Athletic Awards 3:45 – 7:00


A field trip for intermediate and advanced students will be held on Wednesday April 5, 2017 to the Gordon Food Services (GFS)Food Show in Calgary. Students will leave and return during school hours with minimal cost (~$10) to students who attend. More information will be provided at a later date.
