Catering is an integral part of Culinary and there are various catering events throughout the year. Students are expected to attend 2-3 catering events per semester in order to complete the apprenticeship food service requirements.

In order to earn full credits students will need to complete a minimum of three catering events per semester. The dates and events will be posted when they are confirmed.

Upcoming Catering Events

Semester One:

  • Homecoming Prep: Wednesday October 3, 2018 (3:45 - 5:30 or sooner)
  • Homecoming Service: Thursday October 4, 2018 (3:45 - 5:30 or sooner)
  • Parent Teacher Interview: Thursday, October 18, 2018 (3:45-6:00)
  • Celebration of Learning Prep: Monday December 10 (3:45-6:00)
  • Celebration of Learning Service: Tuesday, December 11 (3:45-6:30)
  • Musical/Drama if there is an evening performance
  • Additional dates will be added once events are confirmed.
