Catering is an integral part of Culinary and there are various catering events throughout the year. Students are expected to attend 2-3 catering events per semester in order to complete the apprenticeship food service requirements.

In order to earn full credits students will need to complete a minimum of three catering events per semester. The dates and events will be posted when they are confirmed.

Semester Two:

  • Parent Teacher Interview: Thursday March 21 (3:45-6:00)
  • Musical (Dinner) – Friday April 12, 2019 (3:30-8:00)
  • Celebration of Learning: Thursday May 16 (3:45-7:00)
  • Athletics Banquet – Tuesday June 4, 2019 (4:00-8:00)
  • Additional dates will be added once events are confirmed.
