Hot Lunch Program 2018-2019


Please sign up to help raise funds for your school! The online Hot Lunch Program is one of Chestermere High School Council’s Major Fundraisers!

LOGIN RIGHT NOW at Click on the TAB at the top that says REGISTER and create a User ID and Password by entering the School Access Code:  CHS2018HL Then please add student or staff names under the STUDENTS Tab. Each Grade is a separate group and names are listed alphabetically by Surname, also there is a group for Staff to order. EVERYONE must register at the start of each new school year whether you were in the system before or not, to update contact information.

When each menu is ready for you to order, only those who have registered will get an email letting them know it is OPEN for orders and it will detail the deadline for sending your payment into the school.

Hot Lunch will be on THURSDAYS again this year!

No need to print off your menu, you can always check it on-line.

PLEASE NOTE:  DUE TO CHANGES IN SCHOOL COUNCIL POLICY ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE ONLINE.  We can no longer accept cheque or cash payments at the school.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

PayPal gives you the option to use a credit card to pay for hot lunch. Please note, a small transaction fee will be added to all PayPal transactions to offset the cost to the school lunch program, generally around $1.50 for the average order.

A courtesy email is sent out every week reminding you, what you have ordered and what Hot Lunch items you will be receiving on Thursday.

The CHS Culinary Arts Program under the direction of Chef Carmen Wasylynuik will be providing fresh, hot, high quality menu choices. During a couple of weeks at the start of the school year and at the start of the 2ndsemester, we will be using Outside Vendors while New Culinary Arts Students learn the basic food safety issues of the program.
